1. You must provide a photo of the original SIM card holder (showing the complete number). If the card holder is lost, you must provide a police report.

Once the process is complete, the original balance and phone number will be transferred to the new SIM card.

The replacement SIM card will not extend the validity period; the new card will have the same expiry date as the original. Please remember to top up to renew before the expiry date.
