The success rate is higher if the number has been inactive for no more than 30 days.

Customers must provide the following information:

1.A photo of the SIM card (prepaid card) or a police report if the card is lost.
Online Report

(When filing an online report, the applicant must use the name registered for Real-name Registration, and the lost phone number must be included in the description.)

2. A photo of the Real-name Registration holder's ID card must be provided.

3. Upon successful retrieval, the original phone number will be transferred to a new prepaid card. You will need to complete Real-name Registration again and purchase one of the data top-up plans below to activate the new card.

A: If your SIM card shows no signal when inserted into a phone and has been invalid for no more than six months, you may attempt to use this service.

Q: Under what circumstances does the Lucky Sim number retrieval service NOT apply?
A: Generally, prepaid or monthly subscription cards do not become immediately invalid after the expiry date and will still have a signal. In such cases, this service is not needed.
