Steps to request $240 eSIM:

⚠️ Please confirm with your phone provider that your mobile device supports eSIM functionality and installation.

⚠️ The eSIM QR code can only be installed once! Please do not attempt to delete and reinstall it. Once installed, the same QR code cannot be transferred to another device.

⚠️ Once the QR code email is received, the conversion to the new eSIM will complete automatically within half an hour; activation does not occur upon installation.

Once real-name registration is complete, please email the following information to cs@luckysim.com.hk for follow-up:

Attached information:

1. Physical card: Please take a photo of the small SIM card
   eSIM: Please provide a screenshot of the ICCID displayed on the phone or forward the previous eSIM QR code email

2. Photo of the *original* real-name registration document
   Do not provide scans, copies, or photos taken of screens

3. Email address to receive the eSIM QR code

For the $290 eSIM, please WhatsApp 5995 0991 after payment to confirm the email address is correct, after which the eSIM will be issued. Customers must provide an email address capable of receiving the eSIM in order for it to be provided.

The eSIM activation validity period is 60 days from the date of purchase.

Customers are responsible for verifying whether their phone supports eSIM. No refunds will be provided after purchasing an eSIM.

Not all mobile phones on the market support eSIM. The procedure for adding an eSIM varies by brand and model; it is recommended to consult the brand manufacturer for operating instructions.
