Steps to apply for an eSIM for $400:

⚠️ Please first confirm with your phone provider that your phone supports the eSIM function and installation.

⚠️ The eSIM QR code can only be installed once! Please do not attempt to delete and reinstall it. Once installed, it cannot be transferred to another device using the same QR code.

⚠️ Once the QR code email is received, the conversion to the new eSIM will complete automatically within half an hour; it does not start upon installation.

Once real-name registration is complete, please email the following information to cs@luckysim.com.hk for follow-up:

Required Information:

1. Physical card: Please provide a photo of the small SIM card
eSIM: Please provide a screenshot of the ICCID displayed on your phone or forward the previous eSIM QR code email

2. Photo of the *original* real-name registration document
Please do not provide scans, copies, or photos of a screen

3. Email address to receive the eSIM QR code

For the $560 eSIM, please WhatsApp 5995 0991 after payment to confirm the email address is correct, and the eSIM will then be issued.Customers must provide an email address capable of receiving an eSIM to have the eSIM delivered.

eSIM activation validity is 60 days from the date of purchase.

Please verify that your phone supports eSIM; there are no refunds after purchasing an eSIM.

Not all phones on the market support eSIM. The steps to add an eSIM vary by brand and model. It is recommended to check with your device manufacturer for operating instructions.
