Steps to apply for the $550 eSIM are as follows:

⚠️ Please first confirm with your phone provider that your mobile device supports and can install eSIM.

⚠️ The eSIM QR code can only be installed once! Please do not attempt to delete and reinstall it. Once installed, the same QR code cannot be transferred to another device.

⚠️ The conversion to the new eSIM will automatically complete within half an hour of receiving the QR code email; activation does not occur upon installation.

Required Information:

1. Physical Card: Please take a photo of the small SIM card
eSIM: Please provide a screenshot of the ICCID displayed on the phone or forward the previous eSIM QR code email

2. Photo of the *original* real-name registration document
Please do not provide scans, copies, or photos of screens

3. Email address to receive the eSIM QR code

The eSIM activation validity period is 60 days from the date of purchase.

Customers are responsible for confirming whether their mobile device supports eSIM; no refunds are provided after eSIM purchase.
