Steps to apply for the $680 eSIM:

⚠️ Please check with your mobile service provider first to ensure your phone supports eSIM functionality and installation.

⚠️ The eSIM QR code can only be installed once! Please do not attempt to delete and reinstall it. Once installed, the same QR code cannot be transferred to another device.

⚠️ Once you receive the QR code email, it will automatically activate the transfer to the new eSIM within half an hour; it does not activate upon installation.

Once real-name registration is complete, please email the following information to cs@luckysim.com.hk for processing:

1. Physical card: Please take a photo of the small SIM card
eSIM: Please provide a screenshot of the ICCID shown on your phone or forward the previous eSIM QR code email

2. Photo of the *original* identity document for real-name registration
Do not provide scans, copies, or photos of a screen

3. Email address to receive the eSIM QR code

The eSIM activation validity period is 60 days from the date of purchase.
