Steps to apply for a $138 eSIM are as follows:

⚠️ Please first confirm with your phone provider that your device supports eSIM functionality and installation.

⚠️ The eSIM QR code can only be installed once! Please do not attempt to delete and reinstall it. Once installed, the same QR code cannot be transferred to another device.

⚠️ The conversion to the new eSIM will be completed automatically within half an hour of receiving the QR code email; activation does not occur upon installation.

Required Information:

1. Physical card: Please take a photo of the small SIM card
eSIM: Please provide a screenshot of the ICCID shown on your phone or forward the previous eSIM QR code email

2. Photo of the *original* real-name registration document
Please do not provide scans, copies, or photos of a screen

3. Email address to receive the eSIM QR code

For the $160 eSIM, please WhatsApp 5995 0991 after payment to confirm the email address is correct before the eSIM will be issued.Customers must provide an email address capable of receiving an eSIM in order to be provided with the eSIM.

The eSIM activation validity period is 60 days from the date of purchase.

Please confirm for yourself whether your mobile phone supports eSIM; no refunds will be provided after an eSIM is purchased.
