Lucky Sim Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is a unique product designed to help you easily transfer your mobile number to another carrier. This product offers local data plans, allowing you to enjoy more affordable local calls and network services. If you require overseas data plans, you may purchase them on a separate page. Additionally, if you need the product mailed overseas, you simply need to pay an additional $60 for registered airmail postage.
To apply for a Lucky Sim port-in, please fill out our Google form. Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, you are required to pay an additional 4% surcharge. Our product provides you with a convenient and efficient porting service, allowing you to easily enjoy more cost-effective local call and network services.

Q: What are the special benefits for overseas users (emigrants or those living abroad long-term)?
A: All plans support free SMS reception in Hong Kong and overseas (suitable for banks, credit cards, verification codes, etc.). You can apply for porting online even while abroad; the SIM card can be mailed directly overseas, or you can choose to receive an eSIM, with no need to return to Hong Kong. 
Q: Is the application process convenient?
A: The entire process is handled online, with no need to visit a store in person. You can choose a physical SIM (mailed to Hong Kong/overseas) or an eSIM (which can be used immediately after a successful port-in for eSIM-compatible phones). The process is simple and fast. 
Q: How is the data and call performance?
A: We lease the CSL network, providing 4G/4.5G (most plans offer speeds up to 100Mbps). There are over 20 porting plan options (with validity periods ranging from 30 days to 3 years) with generous data volumes (e.g., the 3-year plan can be upgraded to hundreds of GB). You can top up at any time to purchase Hong Kong data or additional global roaming data. One SIM card provides flexible access to dozens of countries and regions. For example, using the current most popular top-up package, you can activate a 17-country, 24GB two-year plan for just $150, and you can check your data usage and purchase additional data at any time.
Q: Are there any contract restrictions? Is it flexible?
A: Being a prepaid card, there are no contracts, and you can port out at any time within the validity period. After successfully porting to Lucky Sim, you can still top up or renew, making it suitable for both short-term and long-term use. Other add-on options such as call forwarding (deducts from local minutes) and eMaster SIM are also available.
